In 1 Samuel 8,the Isralites demanded 4 a king so that he might rule over thm n lead thm in war.they wanted to be lyk the other nations round them.in verse 7,God tells Samuel that they are really rejecting Him n nt Samuel.God warns thm of what wl hpn but they dnt listen.how many times does God warn us nt 2 b lyk ppl around us who dnt knw Him bt instead live by His rules??
